[ RATES & POLICIES ]

DuvDesign charges an hourly rate of $50.00.

The DuvDesign Rate Sheet provides a list of estimated project rates. Project rates are based upon the time we typically take to complete a certain type of project. Please note that prices can vary depending on the scope of your project, the number of concept sketches required and the number of revision cycles we have to go through. Each project has its own unique process.

DuvDesign will provide you with a “Design Agreement” stipulating your final fee, should you decide to proceed with your project. This fee does not include printing cost, the production of any additional artwork, additional photos, or additional graphics not described in Section 1 of the "Design Agreement".

The Agreement covers design fees exclusively. DuvDesign will assist you in finding a suitable vendor to eproduce your final artwork if so desired, but such services are billed at the rate of $50.00 per hour.

Payment to DuvDesign is made 100% upon electronic delivery of a print-ready PDF to the client or vendor or before upload of the final web design.

 

  

[ Terms ]

Invoices are payable Upon Receipt and late fees apply. DuvDesign will charge interest at the rate of 10% per month on amounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date. Any balance not paid within 90 days of the invoice date shall be forwarded to a collection agency. Any collection fee incurred by Consultant will be charged to Client in addition to the principal balance and incurred interest.

[ Client Responsibilities ]

Our Clients are responsible for performing the following in a reasonable and timely manner:

(a) coordination of any decision-making with parties other than DuvDesign;

(b) provision of Client Content in a form suitable for reproduction or incorporation into the Deliverables without further preparation, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Proposal; and

(c) final proofreading. In the event that Client has approved Deliverables but errors, such as, by way of example, not limitation, typographic errors or misspellings, remain in the finished product, the Client shall incur the cost of correcting such errors.
